Module 01 — Getting Started
What is Mission Control?

Mission Control is your sales command center. It tracks your leads, your calls, your emails, and your results — all in one place. As a rep, it's where your entire workday lives.

The Big Picture
Why It Exists
Every lead you're assigned lives here. Every time you call someone, mark them warm, or send them an email — that all gets logged here. The system keeps everything organized so nothing falls through the cracks and your manager can see what's being worked.
What You Can Do
  • View your assigned leads
  • Mark calls and emails done
  • Flag leads as warm
  • Add notes and CRM status
  • Log emails with subject + notes
  • Open Gmail with a pre-filled pitch
What Reps Can't Do
  • See other reps' leads
  • Access the admin panel
  • View company-wide stats
  • Assign or remove leads
  • Access CEO-only views
You only see your own work. No crossover, no distractions. Your leads are yours.
Your Two Views
Everything You Need Is in the Sidebar
As a rep, your sidebar shows exactly two things: My Leads and My Emails. That's your entire workspace. Two tabs. That's it.
ViewWhat It ShowsWhat You Do Here
My LeadsAll leads assigned to you by your managerCall them, mark activity, update CRM
My EmailsYour email outreach history per leadLog emails, track who's been contacted
Module 02 — Getting Started
Logging In

Mission Control is a private web app. You need your credentials every time. Here's exactly how to get in.

Access
Where to Go
Open your browser and go to:

rudenmissioncontrol.com

You'll land on the login screen. Enter your username and password exactly as provided.
The site is HTTPS — fully secure. Bookmark it so you're not hunting for it every day.
Login Rules
What to Know
Login Rules
  • Your credentials are provided by your manager — use them exactly as given
  • If the page says "Invalid credentials" — double-check caps lock and spacing
  • After 5 failed login attempts, the system locks your IP for 60 seconds — just wait and try again
  • Do not share your login with anyone
  • Do not screenshot or share the login page
  • Sessions expire after 24 hours — you'll be asked to log in again after that
Quick Check
Login troubleshooting
Scenario
You enter your credentials and nothing happens or it says "invalid."
What To Do
1. Check caps lock is off
2. Make sure there are no extra spaces in the username or password
3. If you've tried 5+ times, wait 60 seconds and try again
4. If still locked out — message your manager to reset your session→ RememberThe system logs every failed attempt. Don't hammer it — one careful try at a time.
Module 03 — Getting Started
The Sidebar & Navigation

Once you're logged in, everything you need is in the sidebar on the left. Rep accounts keep it simple — just two views.

Layout
What You'll See
The left sidebar is your navigation. At the top is the Mission Control logo. Below that, under a section called My Work, you'll see two items: My Leads and My Emails. That's your entire workspace as a rep.
Sidebar — Rep View
⚡ Mission Control
MY WORK
👤  My Leads Active
✉️  My Emails
The active view is highlighted in blue. Click any item in the sidebar to switch views instantly.
Top Bar
The Header Area
At the very top of every page you'll see a thin header bar. On the right side is your account name and a Logout button. If you ever need to switch accounts or end your session, that's where to go.
Navigation Rules
  • Click a sidebar item to switch views — the page loads instantly, no reload
  • Your current view is always highlighted in blue
  • On mobile — a menu button appears at the bottom right to open the sidebar
  • You won't see CEO views (Clients, Reps, Lead Pool, etc.) — those are admin-only
Module 04 — Working Leads
My Leads — Overview

This is your main workspace. Every lead your manager assigns to you shows up here. Learn what each column means before you start dialing.

The Table
What You're Looking At
My Leads shows a table of all your assigned leads. Each row is one business. The columns tell you what you need to know at a glance.
ColumnWhat It Shows
▸ (expand)Click the arrow to open the full CRM panel for that lead
CompanyBusiness name — click to open the full detail modal
City / StateWhere they're located
PhoneClick to copy — ready to dial
CategoryBusiness type (auto repair, HVAC, etc.)
Rating / ReviewsGoogle stars and review count
ScoreLead quality score (1–5 ★ based on review volume)
📞 ✉ 🔥Activity badges — called, emailed, warm (see Module 05)
StatusCRM stage — New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, etc.
Follow UpFollow-up date if one was set
Higher score = better lead. Work your 5-star leads first, then work down.
Sorting & Filtering
Finding What You Need
The leads table is scrollable. Use the search bar at the top of the view to filter by company name, city, or category. Leads with follow-up dates set will show the date in the last column — prioritize those first each morning.
Quick Check
Reading the table
Scenario
You see a lead with a score of 5★, a 📞 badge lit up, and status "Contacted." What does that tell you?
What It Means
This is a high-quality lead (5 stars) that you've already called (📞 is lit). The CRM status says Contacted, meaning you've made contact but haven't progressed them further yet.→ Next StepOpen their detail modal, check your call notes, and decide if it's time to follow up or move them to Qualified.
Module 06 — Working Leads
The Badge System

Three badges. One click each. This is how you track activity without typing a single word. Always mark badges in real time — not at the end of the day.

The Three Badges
What Each One Means
Every lead row has three badge icons. They toggle on and off with a single click. Dimmed = not done. Bright = done.
📞 Called — not done
📞 Called — done
✉ Emailed — not done
✉ Emailed — done
🔥 Warm — not flagged
🔥 Warm — flagged
BadgeWhen to Mark ItWhat It Tracks
📞 CalledThe moment you dial — even if no answerFirst call attempt ever made on this lead
✉ EmailedAfter you send the first emailFirst outreach email sent
🔥 WarmWhen a lead shows genuine interest or you have a real conversationHigh-priority flag — follow up soon
Mark 📞 as soon as you dial. Don't wait to see if they answer. The badge tracks that you touched the lead, not just that someone picked up.
Badge Rules
  • Mark badges in real time — not at end of day
  • 📞 gets marked even on voicemails and no-answers
  • 🔥 is for leads worth a same-day or next-day follow up
  • Don't use 🔥 on every lead — it loses its meaning
  • Badges save instantly — no submit button needed
  • The first time you mark 📞 or ✉, a timestamp is saved automatically
Quick Check
Badge timing
Scenario
You call a lead and it goes straight to voicemail. You leave a message. When do you mark the 📞 badge?
Answer
Right now — as soon as the call ends. The 📞 badge tracks that you called, not that they answered. Voicemail counts. Mark it immediately.→ ThenAdd a quick note in the CRM ("Left VM, [date]") so you know what happened when you come back to this lead.
Module 07 — Working Leads
Lead Detail & CRM

The detail modal is where you log everything about a lead — notes, status, follow-up dates, and more. This is your primary CRM tool.

Opening the Modal
Two Ways to Get There
You can open a lead's full detail view two ways:

1. Click the company name in the table — opens the full detail modal
2. Click the ▸ expand arrow on the left side of the row — opens an inline CRM panel without a modal
Use the company name click for full editing. Use the ▸ expand for quick status updates without leaving the table.
The Detail Modal

Follow-Up DateSet a date to come back to this lead — shows in the table
Notes / Call LogFree text — log every call, every conversation, every detail
CRM Status Guide
What Each Stage Means
CRM Status Definitions
  • New — Just assigned. Haven't attempted contact yet.
  • Contacted — You've called or emailed. No real conversation yet.
  • Qualified — You've had a real conversation. They're a legitimate prospect.
  • Proposal — A demo or presentation has been scheduled or delivered.
  • Closed — Won. They signed or paid.
  • Lost — Hard no. Not coming back. Move on.
Keep notes brief but useful. A good note is: "Left VM 3/3. Called back 3/5 — talked to owner, not interested in website right now, said call back in 6 months."
Quick Check
CRM status decision
Scenario
You call a lead. The owner picks up, you explain what you do, they say "sounds interesting, call me back next week." What status do you set?
Answer
Qualified — You had a real conversation with the decision-maker and they expressed interest. That's qualified.→ Also Do ThisMark 🔥 warm. Set a follow-up date for next week. Add a note: "Owner picked up — interested, said call back [date]."
Module 08 — Email Outreach
My Emails

The My Emails view tracks every email you send to every lead. It's your outreach history — organized, searchable, and filterable by status.

What You'll See
The Email View Layout
My Emails shows a list of all your leads that have had email activity. Each row shows the company name, the number of emails sent, the date of the last email, and the current email status.

Getting Leads In
Import from My Leads — Start Here
Before you can email anyone, you need to bring your warm leads into My Emails. My Emails doesn't auto-populate — you choose who to import. The button is at the top of the My Emails view.
My Leads

My Emails
click Import
Import Modal

Imported
ready to email
Step-by-Step — Importing Warm Leads
  • Step 1: In My Leads, mark any interested lead as 🔥 warm
  • Step 2: Go to My Emails in the sidebar
  • Step 3: Click the "⬇ Import from My Leads" button — it's at the top right of the page
  • Step 4: A modal pops up showing only your 🔥 warm leads that haven't been emailed yet
  • Step 5: Check the leads you want to email, then click Import Selected
  • They now appear in your email list — ready to log and send via Gmail
Only 🔥 warm leads show up in the import modal. That's intentional — your email list should only have leads worth emailing. Go mark leads warm in My Leads first if the list looks empty.
Email Log Modal
How to Log an Email
To log an email for a lead, click on any imported contact row in My Emails. A modal will open where you enter:
Email Log Fields
  • Subject — The subject line you used in the email
  • Notes — What you said, any response you got, follow-up needed
  • Status — Sent / Replied / No Reply / Bounced
  • Hit Save — the log entry is added to the lead's email history instantly
Log the email after you send it — not before. The log is a record of what actually went out.
Quick Check
Email log workflow
Scenario
You sent an email to a business 3 days ago. They just replied saying they're interested. What do you do in the system?
Answer
Go to My Emails, find the lead, open their email log. Update the status to Replied and add a note: "Replied 3/5 — interested, following up by phone."→ ThenGo to My Leads, open their detail, update CRM status to Qualified, mark 🔥 warm, and set a follow-up date for today or tomorrow.
Module 09 — Email Outreach
Gmail Integration

Mission Control can open Gmail with your email already written. One click — the subject line and pitch body are pre-filled so you never start from scratch.

How It Works
The Gmail Button
Inside the email log modal for any lead, there's a "📧 Gmail" button. Click it and a new Gmail compose window opens in your browser — pre-loaded with the subject line and a personalized pitch body that already mentions the business's city and category.
Email Log Modal — Gmail Button
Subject Professional Website for Peak Construction LLC
📧  Open in Gmail
The email body is already personalized with their business name, city, and category. All you do is verify it looks right and hit Send.
The Pitch Template
What Gets Pre-Filled
The template email that opens in Gmail follows a simple, effective structure — professional, short, and personalized to the specific business.
Pre-Filled Email — Structure
  • Subject: "Professional Website for [Business Name]"
  • Opening: Mentions their city and business category
  • Body: Short pitch about helping local businesses look credible online
  • CTA: Asks if they have 10 minutes for a quick walkthrough
  • You can edit the body before sending — personalize if you have extra context
  • Don't change the subject line format — it's been tested for open rates
After Sending
Always Log It
After you send the email in Gmail, come back to Mission Control and log it. Add the subject, a short note (e.g., "Sent intro email via Gmail"), and set status to Sent. Also mark the ✉ badge in My Leads if you haven't already.
Gmail is external — Mission Control doesn't know when you actually send the email. You have to log it manually every time.
Module 10 — Daily Workflow
Your Daily Routine

Consistency is the system. Every day should follow the same structure so nothing falls through the cracks and your leads are always moving forward.

Start of Day
First 5 Minutes — Every Morning
Open Mission Control before you make a single call. Do these three things first.
Morning Checklist
  • Open My Leads — check for any new leads assigned overnight
  • Sort or scan for leads with follow-up dates set for today — those are your first calls
  • Check My Emails — did anyone reply to an email you sent?
During the Day
Real-Time Habits
During Your Call Block
  • Mark 📞 the second you dial — don't wait
  • Add a note after every call that actually connects — even brief ones
  • Flag 🔥 warm immediately when a lead shows interest
  • Set a follow-up date if they ask to be called back
  • Don't batch your notes — do it call by call
End of Day
Last 5 Minutes — Every Day
End of Day Checklist
  • Any emails you sent today? Log them in My Emails
  • Review your 🔥 warm leads — do any need a follow-up scheduled?
  • Make sure CRM statuses are updated for every lead you touched today
  • Set follow-up dates for any callbacks promised
  • This whole end-of-day process takes 5 minutes max if you've been logging in real time
The Golden Rule
If It Happened, Log It
Mission Control is only useful if it's accurate. If you called someone and didn't log it, it's like it never happened. If you had a great conversation and didn't add a note, that context is gone forever. Log everything, every time.
Your leads are your assets. The more data you put in, the more valuable they become — to you, to your manager, and to the next follow-up.
Final Check
End of day scenario
Scenario
You made 40 calls today. You marked the 📞 badge on all of them during calls. Two connected, one was a solid conversation — you told them you'd email over some info and call back Thursday. It's now end of day. What's left to do?
Answer
1. The solid lead: Open their detail modal — add a note about the conversation, set status to Qualified, mark 🔥 warm, set a follow-up date for Thursday, and add their email if you got it.

2. The email you promised: Use the Gmail button to send it now, then log it in My Emails with status "Sent."

3. The other connected call: Same — add a note, update CRM status to Contacted. → You're Done Everything is documented. Thursday's follow-up is set. You'll see it at the top of your list Thursday morning.
Module 05 — Working Leads
Queue Mode

Queue Mode is a focused calling tool built into My Leads. Instead of scrolling a table, it shows you one lead at a time — no distractions, just the next call. This is how you power through your list.

How to Start
The Queue Mode Button
In My Leads, look for the "📞 Queue Mode" button at the top right of the page, next to the search bar. Click it — the table disappears and you're in focus mode.

✓ Mark Called 🔥 Mark Warm Next Lead →
How It Works
One Lead at a Time
Queue Mode loads all your uncalled leads into a sequence. It shows you one card at a time with everything you need to make the call — company name, location, category, phone number, star rating, and current status. No scrolling, no hunting, no getting distracted by other rows.
What Queue Mode ShowsWhat You Can Do From the Card
Company name + city + categoryMark 📞 Called (saves instantly)
Phone number (tap to copy/dial)Mark 🔥 Warm if they show interest
Star rating and lead scoreOpen full detail modal for notes/CRM
Progress bar (Lead X of Y)Move to next lead when ready
Current CRM status + warm badgeSkip a lead and come back
Queue Mode only shows uncalled leads. That means every card you see is a fresh lead. Once you mark 📞 Called, it won't reappear in the queue next time.
Power Dialing
Use This for Your Call Blocks
Queue Mode is designed for when you're in active calling mode — not casually browsing leads. Open it at the start of your call block and don't leave it until your block is done.
Queue Mode Rules
  • Use Queue Mode every time you sit down to make calls
  • Mark 📞 immediately on each card — even on voicemails
  • Mark 🔥 on the card if the call goes well — no need to leave the queue
  • If you need to add detailed notes, click to open the full detail modal, then come back
  • When you hit the end: you'll see a "Queue complete!" screen — that means you've called everyone
  • Click "≡ Table View" any time to exit Queue Mode and go back to the normal table
  • Don't manually hunt leads in the table when Queue Mode exists — it's slower and you'll skip things
Quick Check
Using Queue Mode correctly
Scenario
You're in Queue Mode on lead 7 of 30. You call them, they pick up and say "yeah I've been wanting a website actually." What do you do right on the card before moving on?
Answer
1. Mark 📞 Called — always first
2. Mark 🔥 Warm — they showed genuine interest, this is exactly what warm is for
3. Open full detail modal — add a note ("Picked up, very interested in website. Call back to discuss details."), set CRM status to Qualified, and set a follow-up date → Then Close the modal, come back to Queue Mode, and move to lead 8. Don't get stuck — keep the momentum going.
Final Stage
